They are Achievements associated with the event. Some have rewards, but one of them is a requirement for the big Fel Bike Puzzle.

I got the limited time mount, pets, and trasmog so I’m good.

I hate the transmog with an unholy passion so I bought zero of it. Gear in this game needs a major technical upgrade.

Though it is amazing what they can do with those 2d sprite images to make gear look good.
