I noticed some people were unaware of the new vendor that sells champion gear boxes for 350 Valor, shes in the building beside the upgrade vendors, beside the portal that leads to the mythic plus portals. You can quickly farm valor now by killing the triple goblin portals in Undermine that spawn quite often. Each triple portal nets you 150 valor and sometimes a new triple portal opens up right after. Can easily gear up your alts in full champion gear now (starting at 636 and upgradeable to 658)

Thank you for the heads up, and I did not know about those boxes, though I had a warband bank filled with Nightfall stuff. So, the past four alts I geared completely with those items.
I will have to hit up this vendor though for this next alt.

I just found this recently too. It’s handy, altho it’s also random loot boxes. On one character I used several boxes on I got 3 bracers in a row, slightly irritating, but still helpful.
Yup. It’s a nice alternative for gearing alts if your main is drowning in valorstones.
That is neat for collecting some tier mogs. Shame it’s random though and not specific pieces.

It’s practically worthless for gearing because it doesn’t let you control what slot you get so it’ll happily give you six belts.
But it’s a good source of purples to disenchant!

Its great on a new 80 alt as they need everything and youll get a bunch of slots you need, but if all you need is one or 2 slots ya its kinda gambling to hope you get what you want.

hunh. I knew the vendor existed, but I thought the gear was locked behind some mythic dungeon achievement so never actually checked.
Something for me to keep in mind for next season I suppose.

Yeah, I won’t say how many stuff I brought off that vendor a week after 11.1.5 dropped — only that it refused to give me a necklace. 
Unfortunately they’re RNG lootboxes. If you have the valorstones to burn, fine; but you take your chances.

The boxes are warbound so dont open them and put them in warbank for your alts to take out.

Historically, it’s been locked behind 1k M+ rating.
It must still be, because I can access Agmera, but she has nothing to sell me. I don’t do Mythic+, so that must be why.
Shame that 11.2 does’t have an Open World vendor selling Champion track gear like the Nightfall vendors in Harrowfall did up until 11.2 dropped.
Eh, Nightfall wasn’t available with the launch of 11.1, which is part of the reason why. Since it came later, it was positioned as sort of an alt/catch-up system. It’s too soon for 11.2 to have any of that stuff, if it’s even going to get any.

She wasn’t available in the first half of S1 or S2 either. She’s for gearing up your alts once you’ve started pushing into higher levels of content, not for primary progression at the start of the season.

No theres no mythic plus requirement, the vendor no longer sells gear, this post was made before 11.2, maybe they will add gear back to the vendor late in the season like they did last season.
