Just letting the people out there that intended to get a Dragon Kite to sell - you can’t cage the Dragon Kite from the Twitch Drops.
Existing Dragon Kites from the TCG can still be caged though.

So, if you were one of those people hoping to just make money from it, save yourself the 4 hours. 
Unless you already have a Dragon Kite, then you can cage the one you already have, sell that one, then keep the uncageable one. Lol.
