Someone named clarius posted logs showing that the 3% damage reduction from pelagos is actually increasing magic damage by 3% instead of reducing it.

The blue highlighted overgrowth hits him for 1205 and is affected by pelagos’ trait. Once the pelagos trait drops off overgrowth goes back to hitting for 1169.
