Problem is PVP. Watch what happens when people realize there’s a double speed increase with no CD available.
Pvp is already a joke. Might as well embrace it.

Why does mine not work on any toons in any zone? I have searched online and asked in game for answers. In game just says “you can not do that yet”
Sorry to tell this to anyone who bought a lot of Spellstone Delight I think I’ve found that they have been shadow nerfed!
They won’t work for characters without the WoW’s 15th Anniversery buff, so they are effectively only usable for the event time. Buff comes from Celebration Package: an item that needs WoW’s anniversary event to be live and buff runs out at end of event so there doesn’t seem to be a way around it.
The Spellstone Delights weren’t like this yesterday that is why I say shadow nerf, this is just what I’ve found and there may be something else going wrong that is actually fixed by gaining the buff but I don’t know what it could be and it looks like Spellstone Delights now just need the buff to work which sucks.

I bought a stack thinking j could use it In my SoO transmog runs.
They want speedrun content in everything else - but won’t let us use a potion in a raid? They could have considered just putting it on its own cooldown like Invis pots.
