I know a lot of you faction jelous egotistic Rets just assume everything out of place is due to Shamans, but the reality is your favorite BG was replace with Bloodmoon. Yeah… sucks maybe, but that’s the truth. 1 Bloodmoon = 14-19 AB wins. Not games; wins. I challenge you to win 14 ABs in the 2.5 hours between Bloodmoon events. I did 5 ABs for fun on my Shaman and lost to Rets wiping BS with their OP CDs and snowballing the next 20 min. Didn’t even make it to friendly but I got exalted 3 days later without stepping foot back in there so no biggie. Other factor is there’s no AB rewards in P2. WSG has BiS epic bracers, AB rewards are replaced by crafting, dungeons, and quests.
So yeah no Shaman with 10 brain cells would enter AB except out of boredom. No Alliance should for the same reason. Bloodmoon replaced AB, end of story, no conspiracy, no class imbalance. Run WSG for your bracers or do Bloodmoon if you care about AB rep. Ques would not be solved even if Shamans were banned from queing for AB.
It’s hilarious that if you ask it what impacts queues specifically in Season of Discovery, it mentions overall gameplay experience which, right now, is poor. And Alliance is wonderfully avoiding AB as to make it even worse. Power to the people.
LOL you’re giving your faction (the little guys giving power to the people!) who are also the faction dominate on every single server, credit for the long ques as if it was a Shaman protest even with the evidence in your face that it was replaced by a season event. That is also one of the symptoms but not the root cause.
It is a fact the alliance has instant queue while horde is stacking up many people on queue and never gets to the game in like 15-30 min depending on the day.
The reason is: even with BM, alliance players are not queuing for BG.
Same faction BG addresses the issue when one of the factions is coward enough to not queue because they can’t premade vs non-premades.
the only queues right now that are high are SOLO queues.
i regularly do group queue and havent waited more than 4 mins ever for ab as recently as last night.
while shaman being out of tune and bloodmoon being better for rep has an effect as everything does, its very mild due to the extent and number of people actively queuing.
but wait, I was told all the people queueing WSG in P1 and complaining about pre-mades were queueing for the sake of fun!
Are you seriously telling me that the majority of people only queue for rewards, and that creating a pre-made queue system was hastily implemented and lengthens queues? I for one, am shocked…
