If you are planning on having alts gather rested exp (even your level 1) log into the character. They arent getting rested till they enter game world.

Explained this to friends/guildies, blew their minds. Glad someone thought to PSA it, Props and +Rep for you!
PSA only do this for ones on the same realm. If its a different realm forget the alts till you get you playing done. you will hit the other server specific que.
