If you’re not yet 60 I am sure you have realized that PVP servers are a little rough if you’re on the under populated side of an imbalanced server.

Lets face it, most servers in Classic WoW are likely imbalanced for a few different reasons; namely because people overall preference faction stacking so that they can enjoy EZ mode.

Some people on the other hand did not get the memo and ended up on server where they’re out numbered.

However if you find your self outnumbered there are a few solutions to this problem.

Option 1.

You can choose to quest in zones where PVP is not as common, this is the strategy I preference until about Level 50 at that point I use Dungeons to get from 50 to 60.

I specifically avoid Blackrock Mountain and do my Ony / MC quests after I hit 60.

Level 28 to 42 Characters who want to grind XP in Scarlet Monistary can easily do so by simply zoning into grave yard side and using the LFG channel to get or form a group while already on site. This gives you a fast path from the safety of SM grave yard to GY if that’s where you are OR the other 3 options.

Level 43+ ZF, Mara and ST can be treated the same way, zone into your chosen instance and simply start your group / form up at that point then after the whole thing is set to go you can all zone out and then immediately back in.

Scholomance is very doable at 55, also is Stratholm. This assumes YOU and your party are appropriately familiar with careful pulling of NPC’s and CC… Yes you actually need to use CC if you’re not at level cap. Yes its 100% possible to do Statholm Undead at level 55 with all level 55 characters just as its possible to do Scholomance. You will need to buckle down and actually PLAY your character for a change instead of rolling your face across the keyboard. This is how it was done before all the dungeons were both nerfed and our characters were buffed. Enjoy the “Vanilla-like” dungeon experience as that’s kinda what it plays like. IMO it’s still easier at 55 than early vanilla, and no I am not a better player than I was 15 years ago; I am older, slower and worse.

Again I cannot stress enough to avoid BRD, UBRS / LBRS until you’re 60 right now because Black Rock Mountain is both a war-zone and UBRS / LBRS is poor experience due to it being a “Raid”.

How to level in Phase 2
Be part of the dominate faction on a PvP server.
Create character on Normal server and level in peace.

I wish I could transfer to a PVE realm… All those hours gone. And otherwise I can barely play half the game

You can level on a PVP server, you just need to play in a way that helps you avoid getting bum rushed by numerous players.

Doing this will make you a better rogue… Your job is to go undetected until its too late for your foes.

I’ve been grinding out BRD runs from 51-56 so far, its very efficient. Yes it takes like 50 death runs to get from thoriums point to BRD, but once youre there as a healer with 4 mages, its like your own personal gold mine.

Glad you have been effective at getting some XP going in there. Don’t forget about Scholomance and Stratholme, they’re both fantastic XP. You can do Stratholm fully at 55, but it’s like actual vanilla where CC is needed.

Essentially if you’re playing with garbage or lazy players it’s not going to go so well, but if you’re all dilligent and utilize the CC kits of your classes and utilize most of if not all of your class abilities; you can clear these dungeons and gain between 20 to 25% of a level per clear.

Also a lot of great loot to be had in these dungeons.

LBRS is also fantastic so long as you 5 man it, but if you “Raid” it then its crap.

You would not be believe the numbers of alliance that absolutely insist on doing Black Rock Mountain sub level 60 without moving as a group.

Step 1- Roll Horde
Step 2- Level to 45 without flagging even on a pvp server
Step 3- Never get ganked from 45-60 since you outnumber the other faction 5 to 1 in endgame zones

Easy.
