Half the ‘yolos’ in queue right now are requiring voice or CR or both.

I was under the impression yolo = no voice. Xp, cr, strat all still relevant. Just no voice

Yolos shouldn’t be a thing, if you wanna farm honor or conquest just run unrated.
The purpose of rated bgs are to gain rating and access higher tiers of gear and or transmogs.
I did the yolo thing a few times but I’ve been burned more often than not. Now I basically only join pugs that use discord. People that complain about having to use comms in rated bgs don’t belong in rated bgs. If you have to type something in chat, you’re literally providing nothing to your group.
I thought Yolo meant people are mainly there for fun:
- they don’t care about playing FOTM specs/comps
- they’re not tryharding and playing with military coordination and 100%+ focus
- they won’t get upset if the team loses.

Yolo has always just been that… yolo. If you only want no voice, then you just say that. The point of yolo was to just get together a group as quickly as possible.

The purpose of RBGs is to farm honor and do the weekly quest. They are also to get rating and cap conquest, for the majority of players it’s just another easier way to get honor and conquest. That has always been the case.
I disagree, if you want honor, do epic bgs I guarantee you will be at 15k before you know what hits you. As for conquest, grab a win from an epic and a unrated bg once a day and before the weekend you’ll be capped. As for the weekly quest, fine.
Yolo just means fill quickly and figure it out on your own - anything past that is on a per lead basis.
And people run them to cap out their vault quickly and hit the weekly quest.
yolos give way more honor. are faster. give conquest… and 250 anima.
