If there’s a huge pile of alliance still sitting at the tower right outside of Allerian Stronghold after the initial cap, they are AFK; you can and should kill them all and take that tower. It’s more honor for you, and it accelerates quest completion for everyone who comes after the initial cap, both horde and alliance. It’s more efficient than going to the northwest tower because you will frequently not make it in time.

That always happens and we take theirs while wiping the afks. Beyond that it sounds a little bit like trying to make pvp not organic for the sake of a daily. 
He sounds like the wow equivalent of a glowie to me.
“Hey, Horde! Look at all of these afk Alliance!.. Don’t you want to, you know…”
