It doesn’t have a delver’s call quest that I’m aware of, which is the main attraction for a leveling character to do every other delve once on the leveling path, but it does have a tier 3 and it can be done while leveling. I just had a lot of fun fighting shoulder to shoulder with tank Brann as a holy paladin, good times!
I likely won’t run it much on other leveling alts, if at all due to the lack of beefy XP quest, but for those interested, it’s available! Just DO NOT touch the ground between opportunity point and the delve entrance unless you’re good with fighting level 80 creatures!
