Good news, you cant re-buy the item. Its now account unlocked. You just need to hop on another character and go into Naxx 10 that hasn’t finished the military wing and you will get your mount.

Ya just make sure you still MC the understudy and don’t kill Razuvious again.
My alt army still has like 9 more tries. Hopefully I’m good.

Yea, you don’t have to aggro him at all. Just use the pillar, MC the add, grab valiance, aggro the boss with the add on Valiance, then dismiss.
