PSA: Crafting UI Leaks RAM

If you craft for 2 hours straight it leaks 3GB of RAM.

If you craft for 4 hours straight it leaks 6GB of RAM.

To clear the leak back to its start, you’ll need to /reload.

Good thing for those of us who have 128 gigs of ram.

They told us we were wasting money, but momma we made it!

…why are you crafting for 4 hours straight?

Collecting gold from farming the AH is addictive…

And I’m doing it for more than 4h.

Fun fact, if you craft for 24 hours straight, you’d have leaked 36GB of RAM. It’s 1.5GB an hour, and linear at that.

That’s used memory, not leaked memory. Leaked memory is unrecoverable until you restart your PC. However, I don’t think crafting should be allocating that much memory.

How about we let people play the way they want to play and not be insulting like there’s something wrong with them?

256 gigs would have been too much so 128 it is.

If you only use 128 gb for playing games you are wasting money. But that’s just factual if you have the money to toss around I’m kinda envious.
