We can thank the players that bought those trophy’s last week to get an advantage for that. I hope they can fix it for you but I get the feeling they won’t because it’ll be too much effort to see who got their trophy this week and who bought it last week.

They’ll probably fix it soon. They just forgot to take the flag off.
They would have data on this on the back end. I’m sure there is a timestamp attached to the collection of items.
They could easily wipe out the items still in bags.
Well it isn’t a hard fix, they’re able to see where certain items were obtained from and when.
If obtained from Leaflet quest, replace reward obtained with current conq trophies. Easy.
Yeah I’m basing my assumption of past events where they would just ignore pvp players plight. Who knows though they are putting more attention to pvp currently so we could see it being fixed.

I’m happy to say, Blizzard saw this thread and gave me my Verdant Trophy of Conquest! If you’re still reading this though, you forgot the Greater Verdant Trophy of Conquest that comes along with the Leaflet quest

The leaflet quest awards you a greater trophy and a regular trophy. When I turned it in, it gave me the grey versions of the greater and regular.
After posting this thread I did get the regular trophy sent in the mail to me by Blizzard but that’s all they included 
The greater trophy was no where to be seen.
