Not sure if this is intentional but the transmogs you unlock via argent commendations only appear to be character specific and not account wide.
EDIT: As Orctang stated simply wait 2 hours for the items to bake to your account or store them in voice storage to immediately make them account wide.
I’ve also heard people say it’s just buggy and will appear on other characters eventually

I thought the same thing at 1st as well.
You have to wait 2 hours for the vendor buy back period to end for it to become account wide.
Or you can destroy the items to make it instant. But that doesn’t make sense if you are going to use it.
That’s not how transmog works.
All transmogs are account wide once you unlock the appearance. There is no such thing as ‘character specific’ mogs. Class specific? Yes. Character specific? No.
Also, faction specific.
It is but you unlock the horde variant in the process.
All you have to do is get 4 sets, the pet and the bag. That’s it. You can go above that and be completionist with the renamed wrath pieces but most will not do that.

They aren’t faction specific. I can use the horde plate version on my orc warrior when I got the mog on my alliance paladin.
Then read the responses that tell you they aren’t character specific
Because they don’t read the text every single time. Or more to the point, they see a thing they don’t like, have a knee jerk reaction, then post it on the forums before actually thinking about the situation.
Like, did you try to transmog that appearance before posting? That’ll lock it in, every time. But nope, just had to post like a noob.

Well being that there are no character specific transmogs in the game, maybe they should take the .02 seconds to read, instead of logging onto the forums, and making an entire topic.
I didn’t say THESE were faction-specific, I said that faction-specific transmogs exist, because the person I was quoting was naming the various types of specific transmog, and left out faction-specific.
I think it is longer that. Some pieces I bought the day before weren’t showing up on another toon. Just need to relogin to the one bought it and play with appearance tab a little. Something is definitely buggy.

I equipped the items on one plate character. Got the message that it would make it not-tradable. Also saw the purple text that each transmog was learned.
Logged onto this character and the items were not in the list.
If it just takes 2 hours, that’s fine by me but typically when it says you learn a trasmog you actually do.
Nope. It isn’t. They appear immediately if you equip them or destroy them.
It is account wide. They have a timer on them that can be avoided by putting the items in void storage or I guess destroying them.
