Had that in the War Z game (that was renamed to Infestion later).

Not good. Scary tbh.

Would be fun to scare ppl. Imagine a rogue whispering you before kill you?

I dont wanna hear your voice cracking in my ears.

Yeah this community is so nice and inviting. For sure it would be all friendly words and laughs. 10/10

They have it in Planetside 2 and every other douchenozzle wanted to play DJ playing stupid garbage music (Tehcno/rap) and if you silenced the wanna be DJs then you lost all the other sounds/music.

In other words, WE can’t have nice things because most of the people in the gaming community are jerks.

I blame you.

retail is better and you know it.

You could have just muted that person, instead of everything.

I blame myself, despite many years of commenting in gaming forums, I haven’t managed to SLOW, much less STOP to bad behavior in-game.

It didn’t work that way. If you muted a person, you wouldn’t hear them anymore BUT all the other noises would be muted while they were broadcasting and as they never stopped broadcasting you would get dead sound unless you ran into a different broadcaster. I toyed with the setting but I couldn’t figure a way to change that and as it wasn’t that good of a game anyway, I stopped bothering trying to figure it out.

I think it could create so memorable moments. LOL

I remember in Call of Duty there was a perk to hear people you were close by I would prone behind people in Search and Destroy and listen to their convo and when the game went back to the lobby I would say things like “You were right Jessica is a total beach” and freak people out because nobody even used that perk and most people didn’t know it existed. That was before they added group chats and ingame voice chat on xbox just died.

Fun times.
