Just turned in Graduation Day the final quest and the vendor disappeared. Relogged and still not there.

Same thing happened to me
im having the same issue saw a reddit post saying they tried back the next day and it was back to normal i just finished a few minutes ago so ill check back tomorrow

yeah mine came back the next day as well but it still should be fixed, although telling them only disappears temporarily might have helped identify the problem.
I figured it out. I went to waking shores and then turned around and went back and she was in her normal spot and a vendor again.
