I would like to work on my healing by practicing in the Proving Grounds.
Can I still enter these? If so, how? I think there might be a way to enter from my Garrison, is that right?
Also, do you know how gear scales there? I will need to use my current gear (I want to practice with the Glimmer traits), so I don’t know how the Proving Grounds scale.
Many thanks to all replies!
Talk to your class trainer. They are in your class hall (Legion), Dalaran (Legion), faction capital (Stormwind/Org), etc.

Thanks!
Will the gear scaling work still?
Gear scaling was always wonky.

Thanks! I’ll give it a go, anyway.
Don’t expect it to be a realistic simulation of how healing is in the game
It’s fun to get the title though

I’m brand spanking new to Holy, so I’m just trying to get a handle on the spells, etc. I think I may learn quite a bit in the Proving Grounds. I understand that it won’t be a great simulation of how healing will work in real content, though. I’m just trying to take pity on whoever my first dungeon group is and get up the curve a bit before inflicting my skills on them.
Best way to learn healing right now is to do Normal Dungeons.
If you miss stuff they won’t die at all, and you can have some real movement, abilities and experience thrown at you. It is very forgiving and since most people doing them will steam roll them, they won’t mind you being new to the role.
From there, you can sneak some LFR’s if you have the ilvl. Rarely LFR needs all it’s healers to do 100%. So again, you’l; have that cushion to forgive mistakes while learning.
