I recently went back to craft a Protoform Synthesis mount, the Buzz one, but I can’t even craft it. I have all the materials, but it has a lock on it that says I already crafted the mount, when I haven’t. It’s not in my mount collection, nor is it in any of my bags or any of the bags of my alts. It shows I’m able to craft the Forged Spiteflyer though. Not sure if it’s a bug or what.

I had the same issue and it seems that the character I was on did not have the recipe when the warbank and sharing was added. The recipe was locked on that character and unlocked on the one that I used in that xpac. So I transferred the mats to that toon and was able to craft the mount.
