They want to build the hype. We already know the devs are going to be lazy and just double down on what they did the first time around. now inferno 2.0 will have 200% hp and do 100% damage. Nothing else.
They are aware that the players will be upset, so they plan to wait until the week before the launch to inform everyone of their disregard for Cata. They will not admit that they wasted all their resources on SoD to release KZ crypts, instead of providing Cata players with something else.
