is seeming to be bugged
cant seem to turn it in
when go to the marker for turn in
the person isnt there
The npc tends to move around alot. Has he sent you to the other section yet where you learn about customizing your drake? If he has and you did all that (including talking to the NPC that helps explain how to customize the glyphs,) You turn it in and then you actually have to talk to the green dragon in the middle instead of flying back yourself. I made that mistake and had to fly ALL the way back to complete the quest… correctly… it was annoying.
