Can’t turn this quest in to Majordomo Selistra. The mob doesn’t have a question mark, and impossible to interact with him. Some guy told me he wait it out but I’ve been here for a while.

I had this same issue, turns out the map marker is the wrong Majordomo, you need to turn it in to the same location as the egg quest in the chasm

Any chance you have a tom tom location?
same problem, been sitting around, did the quest 3 times over, still cant turn in. this is getting pretty aggravating.

You guys could actually complete this quest? My giant killing evoker is finding this spear completely useless.

Agree. … “use this spear to greatly weaken a proto dragon” … throws spear … proto dragon takes no damage and instantly kills you …. Clearly Blizz has their own definition of “greatly”

Ive tried this Quest 3 times on my Evoker and it’s still bugged in that the NPC Majordomo is not where it’s supposed to be to turn it in. I abandoned the quest and tried it again - no luck. I then again abandoned it and logged off and Logged back on and tried again, no luck. Ugh can’t move on with this until you guy really fix it.
I successfully completed it on my other character with no issues.
If you google “coordinates addons wow” it’ll come up with a number of choices. Investigate the choices and choose the one you’d like, then download it. After downloading it you need to extract it to your
World of Warcraft Retail > Interface > Addons folder.
You need to do this while logged out of the game. When you log in the addon will be active for all your characters.

I can’t find any cave here, what am I missing?
Seriously Blizzard when are you going to fix this quest? Why does it work for some and not others? Ive done this quest over and over and i cannot turn it in to NPC Majordomo.
Ive submitted a bug report and have not received a reply.
Guess I cannot move on with this character until you fix it.

Goto where you pick up the Egg Vac quest to turn it in. The marker is in the wrong spot.
