So after finding out how much i love warriors i decided to delve into the tanking spec. I know i can find multiple talent tress on different sites and such, but i was wondering, do the Mythic+ talent tress work well with slandered dungeons as well? or is there something else i should run. thanks!
You can use that same build, M+ builds are as much about getting the most damage from the tank as they are about holding threat.
As a Protection Warrior, you might even be the most DPS for a normal dungeon given that most DPS specs need some ramp up time, even the most simple. And you do mostly uncapped damage (because how can you tank if you only hit 5 of 10?) so can pull as big as you can survive. And you can survive a lot on your own between shield block and other defense/healing.

As soon as you can, at level 70 do the primal storms to be able to purchase the 350 iLvL base shield, and with storm sigils (think that’s what they are called) turn it in for a 385 shield.
That and a weapon from there if you can farm the sigils will take you a long way as a Protection Warrior. The Shield is everything, you either come back with it, or on it.

The 350 is bought with the storm currency, the 385 is purchased with the 350 item being turned in along with 3 storm sigils. I believe first week you can get 9, so should be able to have a weapon as well as I think those are 5 sigils along with the 350 item.

If you level in that area, I don’t know but you may get currency and cores before 70. (cores turn in for 2 sigils, can get only 1 core of an element each week)
one last question, how are prots in pvp? or am i better off running fury for that
I’ve not done Prot in PvP, Fury is OK but still melee in a game mode that more favours ranged (BGs).
Prot is a bit too slow to be a good flag carrier. Might be OK to hold a ball in temple. Might be a good solo flag guarder in AB/gilneas.

For that your value and fun is going to be impacted by the two people you are in there with a lot.
One class/spec I was surprised I did really well against when faced 1v1 was Demonic Warlock. I was sort of expecting they would destroy me, but something about all those Imps they have, I don’t know, as Fury I just pumped DPS into all those Imps and the Warlock and somehow ended up winning more than not… no clue how/why? Self-healing maybe from hitting the Imps?
The weekly wrathion/sabillion or whatever his name is, this week gave a 376 shield for one of weekly quests.
Much easier and quicker than these primal storms
I’m not seeing that myself, rewards may be different for different players. Like last week some people got a Titan Matrix 4 from a WQ while others got an item.
Also 385>376.
Also Also, I think they may be able to farm those up prior to level 70 so at 70 it’s instantly available.
