It seems that starting March 3rd my shield block is not working properly. While out of combat the button is greyed out. When I charge into a mob or mobs it will stay greyed out for a few seconds, sometimes up to 5 seconds then it activates and lets me use it. The problem is I can’t even activate it before going in but was able to do this before the 3rd. I also can’t even whirlwind while out of combat as it is doing the same thing as shield block.
I have no idea what happened, I didn’t make any changed to my bars except I swapped my fishing ability with charge while fishing and swapped it back later. Shield block and whirlwind currently set to keybinds Shift+3 and Shift+4 respectively. Also not using 3rd party addons for layout, I’ve been using Blizzard default UI. Tried removing the abilities and adding them back but no change. Not sure what else I can try here… was enjoying tanking dungeons but this significantly changes that since shield block should be working before going into combat.
