Bloodsurge Vs Instigate for rage generation. Which one is better?
I know Instigate gives extra damage, but I’m asking purely based on rage generation.
Thoughts?
Instigate provides a higher rage generation in ST, while bloodsurge provides a higher generation in AoE.
You’ll tend to drop off bloodsurge in a raid setting as you don’t really have enough AoE intervals to make it worth picking up outside of certain encounters over another talent.
You can compare the two talents through analysing logs of what other players have used in different situations, resources tab and then ‘rage’ will show it under Devastator for instigate and Bloodsurge respectively.
