It says that when Strategist resets the Cooldown of Shield slam, it does something yadda yadda etc.
However, there is nothing in my spellbooks passives that is called Strategist.

Under devastator in the talent tree. have a look champ.
So there are nested passives now? Passives inside the passive of a passive???
I mouse over devastator and it does not mention strategist at all…
The talent under, below, to the south of, the opposite of up, down from.
There is nothing below Devastator. It’s a blank spot.
The lower row has Ravager and Deep Wounds.
When I look at Devastator, Strategist is not mentioned anywhere.
It’s literally the talent that leads you into Instigator, Rend and Bloodsurge.

theres literally a search bar in the talents… just type in strategist next time
Set has an insane uptime. Just got my 2pc and on the PvP dummy it had an 87% uptime.
