Prot Pally Consecration Possible Major Bug

If a prot pally(Lightsmith) not sure about templar, attempts to put consecration down where another paladins consecration has been placed. The Prot pally consecration does the initial damage then cancels out completely immediately after, losing all effects including the mitigation and disappearing. This happened consistently with 2 separate paladins and in two separate dungeons. I had to pull the mobs away and place a consecration where there’s was not.

I tested with another pally and noticed a few things:
-We couldn’t replicate it so maybe it has to do with gear or spec specific interaction.
-When my friend was holy spec I got the benefits from standing in there consecration but not when they were ret spec. I’m not sure if that always been that way I can’t remember. This might be related.

Lightsmith protection paladin here, and I’m definitely seeing this bug too. The first time I saw it, I thought perhaps my “stand-in-your-consecrate-you-doofus” tracker was broken. But I just did Cinderbrew Meadery on heroic with both a ret pally and a holy pally in the group, and my tracker was going ballistic again even though I had just cast a fresh Consecrate and hadn’t moved. I looked up at my buff bar, and lo, no consecrate buff. Needless to say, this is definitely a major bug, and will effectively kill this spec in season 1 unless it is fixed.

Bump, I notice this too.

Affects holy too.

I’ve been seeing this as well, major issue.
