I was ooming as LS until I stopped trying to game the shining light procs. It’s just not worth it in the end. Minimal dps/shield increase at the cost of being oom. I now just play like I used to - wog at low HP only. Feels a lot better rotationally and I don’t oom. As Templar wog during shake the heavens is pew pew though…

Pasted from my other reply. Unfortunately the best way to play right now is to pretend the shining light proc talents aren’t there and only wog low HP.
