I am having consistent issues in M+ dungeons with my Prot Paladin accidentally pulling mobs and bosses they are not in combat with with Divine Toll. Upon pressing Divine Toll, the shields will shoot out and target any 5 mobs within 30yrds of my character regardless of if they are in combat or not. If I am in combat with 4 or fewer enemies but there are non-aggroed enemies within the 30yrd range then at least one shield from Divine Toll is guaranteed to target those enemies. If I am in combat with 5 or more enemies but there are non-agroed enemies within the 30yrd range, then Divine Toll can still pull but is more of a gamble since it may select to target the already aggroed enemies or non-agroed enemies at random. This bug is easily replicable with Prot Paladin but does not seem to affect Ret Paladin as I was able to test on the trash leading up to the first boss of normal rookery.

Yeah can confirm. I was in +13 seige, and it was all I could do to prevent pulling the whole dungeon at once. I just straight up didn’t use it at times.
