devastate seems to be a HUGE filler with the talent that gives it rage
instead of it doing like 3-4k per auto attack just casting it does like 12-16k per hit

This is something I see but don’t really understand because it seems comparable to vers in terms of damage output. 
Maybe it’s vers/mastery for big shockwave + shield charge with demo/ava to just blow somebody up from half health?
dawg 1 pce of mastery gave me 4-5%

Yer. Like, I can see mastery/vers for big meatier hits like as a sort of budget Arms Warr but it just doesn’t look that much better than vers. Wasn’t sure if I had overlooked block chance increasing damage or something.
It takes 180 mastery to get 1% attack power, and about 205 vers to get 1% damage.
it does hit slightly higher but the haste loss makes me want to rip my eyes out
Tanks being eligible for the shuffle r1 title completely discredit any form of prestige that title holds.
