Prot 10k dps but nerf steed of glory?

It seems blizzard has nerfed steed of glory as of today with :

  • Steed of Glory (PvP Talent) will now grant immunity to roots and snares only (was all crowd controlling effects).
    But buff the legendary
  • Vanguard’s Momentum increases Holy damage done by 4% (was 3%) for 10 seconds (was 8 seconds).
    Which is very op for prot paladin, as i already without the buff do 7k dps normal and over 10k on burst. I feel like blizzard is nerfing prot on its toolkit instead of the damage nerf it needs, just like ret. Will prot be the new ret paladin, and will paladin just die out because they will then nerf the dmg and not buff anything for ret and prot and hpal, leaving paladin to be instinct ? I don’t know but it seems like blizzard could ask some of us who are in the top 10 of all end game related events to help them on balancing the class fantasy.

Seems like they don’t want Holy Paladins to be the only viable option in the top 1%. You can’t expect to have FOUR immunity buttons and not get a nerf. Prot has to choose huge nerfs on healing output to get 10k DPS. Not the same thing.

I would like to add that they should make
Steed of Glory (PvP Talent) will now grant immunity to roots and snares only (was all crowd controlling effects).
also dispell any roots and snares already existing when using this ability.

It doesn’t matter what we want or what we think if blizzard wants to take prot healers out of the game (all 5 of us) that will do it.

im not a healer, im a dps prot, look up mortalux on youtube. You’ll see how me and Rextroy play prot. We just go full dmg and out dmg ret.

Well the way I play and drainer I was heavily reliant on that talent to move about freely to generate holy power uninterrupted when I needed to so my normal play style is pretty much gutted.

Oh well that talent was bugged but what took them so long to fix it? Two expansions???

Holy does more damage than prot but I’m not playing holy.

The tooltip always said immune to movement impairing effects, but it made you immune to legit every cc.

It was broken, and it was a broken effect with conduits. 9sec of being immune to cc on double charge. Yeah no.

Drainer has already swapped to kyrian and he’s going ret so we won’t see him playing a prot healer anymore.

The only thing keeping ret viable is one conduit. How long before that gets fixed? Who knows it may not get fixed they seem to change random things that nobody cares about at random and they’re too lazy to update a prot pvp tooltip for expansions on end.

This game been dead to me ever since they got too lazy to create class specific sets of armor.
