Prospective Bag of Tricks Changes

Is there any way the planned 80% movement speed debuff to enemy targets hit by Bag of Tricks could be reconsidered?

As it is, Bag of Tricks is a powerful tool for pulling in M+ dungeons thanks to it’s 40 yard range. A strong movement debuff to a single target will significantly reduce it’s pulling utility and I don’t believe the gain (like slowing dangerous fixated targets) will be worth what we stand to lose.

Perhaps, instead, Bag of Tricks could apply a modest vulnerability that only affects the caster’s attacks when used offensively, which could increase Vulpera’s performance in raid scenarios. Or maybe any additional offensive effects can be scrapped all together in favor of a bigger buff to it’s damage/healing (50% instead of 40%, for instance).

Thank you for your consideration.

Or… or… maybe don’t use Bag of Tricks to pull? All the tools you have for pulling, and you use Bag of Tricks. That’s not what it was designed for.

I can’t believe it. We get something good, and people want to wreck it the moment it happens because they use it in an awkward way.

It’s a Racial, not a Tank CD.

The real problem is that it’s only a 40% damage buff. The ability needs at least 100% AND mastery scaling to even consider being used outside of niche gimmicks. a 1.5 min cd shouldn’t be doing less than half the damage of a random filler spell.
