I’m having trouble figuring out the item levels to prospect and crush. For example, I figured out that I cannot prospect silver-grade ore yet but I am also not able to crush certain copper-grade gems. I will have the same gem sorted into two copper-grade stacks and I can crush one but not the other. Is anyone else confused?
I am very confused as well. I’ve looked at guides, etc, and haven’t found a clear answer. Just responding to bounce this post back up!
I got an answer for this that helped me-- I had quite a bit of ores/gems in my reagents bank space and can only prospect if they’re in your bags, not your bank.

Confirmed, still cannot prospect ores/crumbled stone that are stored in the reagent bank as of Dec 15.

Prospecting/milling/etc. from reagent bank now works for all professions, for any that weren’t aware.
Prospecting and crushing for DF recipes still only works from your bag. Other patterns still pull from the bank.
