What if they made it so that with Pathfinder 1 (opening patch with max level content), you unlock flying, but only 150% speed.
Pathfinder 2 is the next major content patch and you can unlock 225% speed flying.
Pathfinder 3 (Which would be X.2) would be the final 310% speed unlock.
