I prefer the method of get the reward, when the “time limit” ends, that particular color is unobtainable, but “the reward” is still obtainable.
Example: Pandaria Challenge mode, rewards were a title, set and mounts, when the “limited time” ends, those specific colors would be unobtainable, we can still do challenge mode timewalking style, with lowered stats, etc, and we can get the altered color rewards at least.
As well trying to make herself look like the victim by using the “My life sucks” card as she did here and there, to make her feel pity for her, while at the same time.
Ya don’t harass others and expect sympathy. (Not talking about you prime)
Also just found out, she also has a twitter account.
Claims asserted without evidence, can be dismissed without evidence.
I don’t see that in the ToS (CoC here, but whatever), especially since peeps around here have posted other people’s alts and other accounts on there all the time.
As much i’m not for sockpuppeting and pro b-tag, as well thinking him being on Classic player undercuts whatever point he has on retail (and this swings both ways with retail char in Classic), calling him a criminal for sockpuppeting is straight up loony tunes nonsense lol.
Sounds like a veiled threat to report him for anything, ngl.
Folks in your situation is exactly why I have been a proponent of removing FOMO decisions and making challenge rewards evergreen.
What many folks fail to remember is that the bragging rights to the cool gear is not is the luck of being around at the time that appearance was available, but in the skill it took to get that appearance.
Dumb luck is not a bragging right.
So I have always championed that the “personal” and “group best” rewards should be an ever-growing pool in which the player can, upon achieving a more current season’s or expansion’s “best" can choose from that pool. Missed out on the Legion birb? No problem, get Amirdrassil AotC and have the opportunity to choose the birb instead of the skin. Hit DF Season 4 Keystone Master? Great, unlock one of the Mists’ Challenge mode appearance sets or mounts.
This way, the older rewards become impetus for newer players to engage in the challenging content and frankly, Blizzard gets to recycle old art in a way that remains respectful to the folks who originally earned that art.
The problem with FOMO is that it acts as an enthusiasm dampener. I have seen a lot of players immediately lose interest in an appearance or mount once they realize they can’t get it anymore. No one cares that you have it (“you" being a general you and not specific to OP). People only care how they can get it. And once they realize they can’t get it, they stop being interested.
One day, Blizzard will understand. Until then, there is always going to be this undercurrent of dissatisfaction that isn’t helpful when Blizzard is trying to encourage and maintain engagement.
Directly or indirectly or whatever you like to excuse it with, it’s still a nonsensical comparison to make.
The only person i see who is playing innocent/victim is the person who prime was previously talking to.
Making a veiled threats to get them reported for what it sounds like for no reason or them simply disagreeing with you, is what i have a problem with, regardless if it’s a sockpuppet or not.
In the very same way i don’t dig when somebody makes a veiled doxing threat towards those who disagree with them. Or pull a “Boo hoo, woe is me, my life sucks” card if they get disagreed upon.
You’re talking to somebody who is pro-btags. It doesn’t mean i have to be fine with your attitude or your actions here, considering Prime hasn’t done anything to deserve to be followed and reported by you. Nor does it mean i have to be fine with you making a claim without proof under the false guise of “It’s against CoC”.
The worst that Prime has done was talk about retail on his classic character. I personally think doing that undercuts your point, and vice versa if it’s retail talking about classic. But that’s not worthy of reporting him over for ingame to get his account banned.
If that’s not what you’ve meant, then tell us what you do meant then.
Even if Prime is sockpuppeting, at worst, he’s just wrong on his opinions on Retail until he proves himself otherwise.
Idk why you’re trying so hard to imply that he’s a bad person because of it, whatever chance you take.
If it’s a problem to you that i have a problem with veiled threats (or whatever you wish to excuse it with) on a platform that bizarrely allows that and has happened to people, to a point where you thinks it’s white knighting, maybe the problem lies in with you.
