It would be a nice accessibility addition to be able to add a circle around your cursor.
I was commenting on another unrelated topic and someone mentioned how they lose track of their mouse cursor when there’s too many spell animations going on. I had the same issue (and since I usually play healer and use mouseover macros, I need to keep track of my cursor).
I solved it using a Weakaura that adds a circle around your cursor.
This solution, however, has its drawbacks. The main one is that there’s some very slight, but noticeable delay. I don’t know how much extra unnecessary resources it tasks to the processor too (maybe nothing, I don’t know).
I consider this an accessibility issue. Not a big one, but one that can affect some people more than others and seems to be really simple to implement.
Adding the option to display a simple circle around your cursor can go a long way to help some people keep track of their mouse, and I suspect it’s a very simple feature to add that wouldn’t even task your processor at all, if done in the base UI, rather than needing addons constantly keeping track of your mouse.
People that don’t need this would simply not turn this option on.
I understand this currently has solutions (the multitude of Weakauras that add this in Wago), but I think it would be an easy to implement addition to the base UI to consider.
