It would be great to get access early for new alts to modify their dragon mounts. Easiest way would be to add these modification platforms to the faction capitals. Next to the embassies in Stormwind and Orgrimmar is plenty of space to add these.

Orgrimmar already looks like an Orlando amusement park, Stormwind luckily not yet. If you add anything please don’t keep putting things within the city limits.
If Blizz put 2 garden gnomes or 6 flamingos in Orgrimmar, no one would be surprised. Please stop the visual pollution.
