Proper Parrot Missing?

Has anyone obtained this pet? Pet Journal lists the source as a quest, ‘Be More Uniform’, which is a quest during the Horde War Campaign.

I’ve yet to complete it myself, however I’ve already heard at least one report that the quest does not reward the pet and haven’t found any other information on where the parrot comes from.

Either the quest is bugged and should reward the pet but doesn’t, or the Pet Journal source is incorrect…? Anyone have any other info on the Proper Parrot?

I did this quest today on my horde alt, didn’t get the pet. I think it was just azerite power.

An update on this pet - As of December 13, the Proper Parrot has been removed entirely from the Pet Journal. Don’t know if this is temporary and we’ll see it in the future, or if it’s gone for good.
