I think you’re both misunderstanding my point. I’m not excusing anyone or pinning all the badness of BfA/SL on Afrasiabi. I’m saying that the explanation for the whole cluster-snarl is that there were multiple writers with violently opposed ideas. In other words, you can see how we ended up with this mess by looking at the clash of priorities. That’s all.
