Professions

Just curious, how many out there are leveling all on them?

I’m just a few points from the “Master of All” achievement. It’s quite nice to be self sufficient and enjoy the side game of professions once again.

My only gripe is the slow trickle of acuity. We want more!

I just do blacksmith and enchanting like everyxpac

I got every professions covered to some degrees with the alt army, some redundancies (I like engy) and trying my best to cover the trees with those. Closing in on buying the last KP books after getting all the tools down to the fishing hats. What I cannot make yet, I know someone that can do it.

I got all of them except skinning, and idk if I will level skinning. Killing mobs over and over to gather was never fun and while mining/herbing aren’t more fun they’re less of a chore to do as you just fly from place to place.

I got master of all on 8/31. Have 2 of everything. Still working on getting all the recipes though. Ignition satchel I’m glaring at you.

I have three more to get to 100 skiil. Don’t really need to fill out the entire skill tree but materials cost time or money.

Hardly ever do them. Was never fond of professions in videogames. Only time I bothered with them in wow was back in Wod. Because there wasn’t much else to do in that xpac.

I gave up on professions after mop. They no longer interest me. Too convoluted.

I just leveled herb and alch like always

Hmmm…I think, if Archeology is considered a Profession (?), then this is the only one I do not play. To me…it’s even more boring the fishing. I tried it and just couldn’t take to it. I use to level all other professions until participating in dungeons/raids was necessary to do so. And, sadly, due to all things Pathfinder I stopped purchasing new expansions and just stopped progressing thru them when they become free.

Does it count if I level them all because I’m a nerdy recipe collector?

(US #38th, baby!)

I’ve maxed out all the crafting and gathering professions to get my “Master of All” achievement. Last one to get for me was Jewel Craft. Only my enchanter seems to go week to week not needing any catch-up points for knowledge points.

its crazy how in dragonflight acuity was overflowing and now it seems so hard to get.

I don’t bother unless there is something I want cosmetically. I won’t buy it from the AH because most times it’s cheaper making it yourself or its BoP anyways. Only did DF BS for plate hands and a one handed swords, then I quit. None of the crafted gear so far in WW has gotten my interest for me to pick up professions this expansion.

If it wasn’t for how bad the catch-up system is for the professions and how awful and expensive it is to catch up. I might have bothered to level them all. Needing to wait on orders for the last 30 points, more or less doesn’t help either. So, Engineering and Inscription are my two not bothered with.

Unless they revamp the catch-up system, I might not ever bother. Sure, it takes some time investment, but they need something similar to the catch-up system for mining, herbalism, and skinning for all professions.

Nod, I have like 20,000 on most of my crafters. At least in The War Within it stacks above 1000, which would be nice if it stacked in Dragon Flight. Some of my crafters already in TWW don’t need any more of it now, so it has the ability of stacking above 1000 is nice.

I have had them all for over a month now maxed out - and all my characters have too much AA now already.

both of those are fairly easy to make out

I gave up trying professions after dragonflight changes. It’s gotten too bloated and ridiculous. I hope the people that changed things no longer work on them but anyways they succeeded in turning me and probably many people off.

I got alchemy to where I wanted it for the guild. I started to do something with Jewelcrafting and then I just stopped caring. lol

That’s been the extent of my profession stuffs.

But, to be fair, ever since SL I haven’t had any interest in professions after a bug reset one of mine back to Legion skill level 1 after acquiring everything there was to acquire in Legion.
