This quest requires you to get up to a high point to take the needed photograph, however if you’re on your dragon and accidentally step on the spring as you take off (like I did), you become glitched out and stuck where you’re supposed to land. The game registers you as moving, so you can’t port out, and any attempts to leave that specific spot leash you back.
