Profession tools not giving correct +skill atm
should probably specify which, all the enchanting and leatherworking blues do provide the proper skill
Any specifics should be posted to Support > Bug Report
If you mean the qar within specific tools, are you doing Midnight professions? I don’t believe one works for the other.

They fixed, had an issue where swapping tools in specialization would correct skill amount
