After searching official wow forums, wowhead, youtube, google, reddit… I could not find a simple list of racial bonuses for professions. The following information comes from the in-game character creation screen (Retail 8.2).
However it occured to me that even this source might be incomplete. So if anyone knows of a more comprehensive list, please link it here. Also, the character creation screen does not show the actual numerical value of a particular bonus.
ALLIANCE
Dwarf: Find additional Archaeology fragments and survey faster.
Gnome: Engineering skill increased.
Draenei: Jewelcrafting skill increased.
Worgen: Skinning skill and speed increased.
HORDE
Tauren: Herbalism skill and speed increased.
Blood Elf: Enchanting skill increased.
Goblin: Alchemy skill and potion healing increased.
PANDAREN: Cooking skill increased.

Dwarf Archy is 15% more frags and 35% faster survey
Gnome Eng is +15
Draenei JC is +10
Worgen Skinning is +15 and skin 35% faster
Tauren Herb is +15
BElf Ench is +10
Goblin Alch is +15
Panda Cooking is +15 and they get double effect from food buffs
There are also bonuses for these Allied Races:
HM Tauren Mining is +15 and mine 15% faster (and also extra meat and fish can drop as loot).
LF Draenei BS is +10 and they can summon a forge+anvil (15 min CD)
Nightborne Inscript is +15

Thank you for this post. With the millions of WoW guides out there this was lacking it seems. With all the alts i just leveled in Korracks this will come in handy.

Undead: none
Tauren: Herbalism +15 and gather herbs faster
Troll: none
Blood Elf: Enchanting +10
Goblin: Alchemy +15 and potion healing increased
Pandaren: Cooking +15 and 100% more stats from Well Fed
Nightborne: Inscription +15
Highmountain Tauren: Mining +15 and mine faster and chance to loot additional meat and fish
