So i leveled tailoring from 480 to 495 got dced when i logged back in back to 480 and have none of my cloth or the gold i used to buy the cloth then i get the bs response of we are aware of the issue but cant do anything
If there’s a bug, then GMs ain’t able to help with it unless the Devs give them a way to help with it without breaking something else.
That’s correct. GMs cannot fix or refund mats for bugs. Only the Dev. team can do anything about it.
Check the bug report forum and see if there is an existing thread and post in it. If not, create one. It’s also wise to submit a bug report in game (different than a ticket) so when the bug is fixed and if the Dev Team decides to reimburse, you’re on a list.
