When I would get procs of Fingers of Frost or Brain freeze, it used to show on my HUD but now no longer appears. Is this disabled or enabled in our UI?
The option is in Interface > Combat > Spell Alert Opacity(could be wrong on the name, but something like that). It’s a slider opposed to a check box.
If you didn’t already mess with the setting, it’s possible you have an addon blocking it. If you’ve recently added any new interface addons I would look into individual settings on those as well.

I noticed a couple of days ago that Weak Auras wasn’t displaying hud info but haven’t trouble shot it yet.
