My Mind Blast and Mind Spike don’t have that glow anymore if I get a proc. Anyone know how to fix this?

works for me, try replacing the ability on your bar with the one in the talent tree directly (click and drag from talent tree and place on bar)
I saw someone else suggest what Orkmonk said and it still didn’t work for me. I ended up just making weakauras icons the same size as the buttons on my bars and basically created my own glow effect.
