Players that start the season doing pvp can’t do raids without doing mythic +
This is a problem, no one has the time to get full m+ gear so they can raid to then get their tier for pvp.
Mes, a blizzcon champion was struggling to get into raid groups. How on earth are non-blizzcon champions expected to get into raids?
This week I don’t even have one vault option on my 446 mage, because it’s impossible to use LFG on mage and hunter.
As a mage or hunter you have to make your own groups, because you’re NEVER getting in.
We need RATED SKIRMISHES not shuffle, SHUFFLE DOESN’T help DPS classes ENOUGH.
There needs to be a fast queue option for DPS players that’s not reliant on healers so they can at least cap, otherwise these classes will simply not be viable until later in the season when conquest boxes come into play.
What? Just get the honor gear and level it up… you’ll be at 400+ item level which is near the requirement for Heroic Raids. So getting your tier piece from hitting 1600 + getting lucky in your vault for your 2 set will get you a decent group.
Could you post on your raid character so I can see what I’d need to get?

I was gonna respond but I think it’d be too much. If you don’t have friends and refuse to try lfg and don’t want to shuffle, try yolo rbgs?
I have friends, but not enough apparently. Shuffle is 30min + queues for my mage. Forming a RBG group while in queue for shuffle is all I can do atm, or 2s.
Arena skirmishes in their current form are there, but they should have rating attached. So I’m playing on my mage, and hunter instead of forming and waiting.
This is an issue for mages and hunters mostly, the other classes seem to not struggle as much in LFG.
Too add to this, i have to use my sparks and embelishments for raid so i have no precog and i am behind on pvp gear because of this exact reason.
Im in a raid guild so i have to focus on preparing for raid before pvping so i cant get pvp tier the way everyone else does who starts the season pvping.
They should just make PVP tier for honor and make it active in PVP only…simple fix for a dumb problem…
No more issues and more balance because everyone can get it and it wont ruin PVE since a restriction will be added until you hit 1600 and you can remove it or something like that.
They need to go back to TBC way of doing gearing tbh but they wont lol

You have to upgrade your pvp gear to be viable in PVE; they scale pvp gear up when in pvp.
Maybe a better option would be to embed the tier sets into the vendor gear, and have two different sets (because there’s two different choices for armor at the vendor), so why not just make two different conquest sets people could aspire to every season? or some could stack two 2 piece bonuses or something.
Having an honor set to work towards early on would be nice too, then players could make adaptive transitions to their conquest sets depending on their vaults. Kinda like now how we’re transitioning from the world pvp set bonuses to our tier set bonuses.
Having more options for tier sets to play would be really thrilling for me, I could spend an entire season just testing stuff out on every class, it would be fun.
Well I mean, gotta make them man. Hunters and mages are absolutely playable and strong. This notion you have that you won’t get taken is untrue. I see them all the time.

2’s is also an option but you also don’t have to form your own RBG group. There’s tons of yolo ones listed all the time. People have similar mindsets that you do, I promise. A lot more than you think.
They couldn’t and won’t because that’s the most unfair format ever. Completely not balanced in the slightest.
Again those classes are fine man. Hunters especially are one of the better 2’s classes.
Well this is a personal choice after all. You pick what you get in the vault. You could always get pvp gear and upgrade the base ilvl. I understand the stats are different but again, gotta choose.
I get the tier thing though. I mean my main only has one piece so far lol. My alt has 3.
