I downloaded the War Within beta without any problem, but when I try to play it, the window opens and the game tries to load but then it closes and the following error message appears:

I don’t know what could be causing this error. I have reinstalled the beta and the battle net many times and the error persists. I would like to know if you can help me with this, because if I have errors now, I might also have them when the expansion is released.
As additional information, my computer is an AMD Ryzen 3 3200G with Radeon Vega Graphics (4 CPUs), ~3.6GHz, it has an integrated graphics card: AMD Radeon™ Vega 8 Graphics, and I have 16 GB of RAM. The game has never given me problems before, neither when downloading and testing the PTR, only on this occasion, and that is why I would like to know if you can provide me with any help to know what is failing.
