Problems constantly

This is getting horrible. I am constantly being kicked off of the internet, only in wow, latency is overwhelming, maps take forever to load then only partially loaded, kicked off and have to return to world five six times when playing, although it says we can play. I know you all don’t care about one persons money but I pay it faithfully and get what, nothing but problems that no one seems to try to fix. Come on guys at least make an effort to fix some of these problems. I still am having problems with the game saying I am in combat when I am not where close to combat or have not been in combat, I am a Pally so no pet or nothing to get into a fight with. I reported that years ago.

You should try to fully reset your UI to see if it fixes some of the problems.

Redarding your closing statement about the combat bug, that’s been reported over and over, but no amount of reporting is going to help beyond putting QA on the trail to find the cause if they can’t actually find what’s causing it.

It makes it especially hard when the issue only happens to a fraction of the player base, rather than the majority or whole.

It happens to me all the time too; Even resetting the UI doesn’t help; The only thing that works is to keep running until I’m out of the zone or logging off then back on.

It’s really annoying when you’re trying to mine a node or picking herbs and it keeps interrupting and then when you finally get it to stop the node is gone at times, Really frustrating.

Reporting the bugs and posting in tech will be the best avenues. Not everyone has these issues (for example, me), so it’s not a universal problem for all WoW players. That’s not a dismissal of the issues; it just means these issues can be difficult to track down because it’s a slice of the player base rather than all. They need your help by providing details in the right forums.

An issue reported several years ago, that may seem the same, may actually not be. They may have fixed the issue years ago, only for it to pop up again due to a completely different cause unrelated to the original. That’s why you need to report with details, so it can be better pinpointed.

Also something to note:
Any software that must integrate with a wide array of hardware configurations found in Computers will have bugs and issues. It can affect the software negatively, and it’s not always the software’s problem. A broken code in your computer’s thousands of codes (OS, Driver, BIOS) can cause something as frustrating as disconnects, lag, or bugs in WoW, through no fault of WoW (as an example of why something may not be universal).

Patience, and posting in the right forums

Hi Rentodox

I can’t help with the combat bug issue. We should look at your other issues - to start create a DXDiag report.

The second section of page has DXDiag report instructions - *we don’t require the MSinfo report.

That will be a wall of text. If you have issues pasting on the Forum here go ahead and put it up on pastebin.com. Provide the link code portion of the URL - example below.
