In the upcoming changes we can read this :

-Siege Engine’s Steam Rush ability deals 20-35% of a player’s health (was 30-45%).
This is not the current siege’s engine ability, the current one is called Ram. This one is for isle of conquest ! I hope I am wrong but it seems that you will be buffing the wrong spell id !
